Member Pool Parties
BOOKING: Email activities@swimminghole.club with your date, preferred time slot, and expected headcount · Minimum 1-week advance notice required (subject to availability, blackout dates & Board approval) · Host member must be present for the full event · All guests must be accompanied by the host · Signed liability waiver required for ALL attendees · Guest list must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event · $5/person guest fee included in all packages · Pool remains open to members during your event · Non-member guests must leave after party end time · No glass of any kind on pool property · No alcohol on premises (bylaws Art. I §4) |
Time slots
All parties are scheduled in one of two designated time slots. Slot B carries a peak-time premium.
