Board Member Bios

Annie Veit and her family have lived in Davidson since 2015. She grew up in Columbus, Ohio. Along with her fellow coaches, Annie was responsible for restarting the Swim Team, currently in its fourth season. She believes this and other activities serve as a key component to how membership in our pool leads to a stronger Davidson community.

Annie attended the Ohio State University where she swam for the Buckeyes and received both her undergraduate degree in English and Masters in Education. She has previously worked as a middle grades English/Language Arts teacher in Ohio and is now a stay-at-home mom to three young children. 

Her interests in Board membership stem from her family’s desire for our pool to serve as a hub for membership participation & involvement where relationships are formed and nurtured through swim team activities.

Glenn Prillaman and his family have lived in Davidson since 2016. Moving to Davidson from Greensboro, NC., his professional experience is rooted in business and brand development, strategic planning and executive leadership. Glenn currently owns his own agency operating businesses in custom corporate apparel and FF&E for hotels and resorts, as well as consulting for others’ businesses. 

His primary interests in Board membership stem from his appreciation for the role our pool plays in the uniqueness of our community through its nostalgic experience. He also believes membership can grow stronger through carefully managed changes that streamline operations, ensure financial stability and heighten the pool’s level of activity for an improved member experience. 

Glenn serves as Board President where his roles and responsibilities in serving membership primarily focus on the perpetuation of the success of the corporation as it upholds its mission & beliefs. He also manages capital projects on behalf of membership. Email Glenn at president@swimminghole.club

Jared Wagner lives in Davidson and is a proud father of Macy and husband to Amy, and enjoys, above all else, swimming with Macy any chance he gets.

Jared received his undergraduate degree in accountancy from the Eberhardt School of Business at the University of the Pacific, later completing a masters in business administration from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Jared is a licensed certified public accountant in North Carolina. 

Jared’s interest in serving the community and our pool come from his interest in volunteering his skill sets towards establishing processes to maximize membership investment. He sees the importance of the financial health of the organization to the short and long-term strategic direction of the Swimming Hole, which plays in the quality of his family’s life.

Jared Wagner is the Director of Finance at Summit Park, a Charlotte-based private investment firm and registered investment advisor, where he oversees financial operations and strategy for the firm and its sponsored private funds. Prior to joining Summit Park, Jared spent eight years as a Director and Controller at Apollo Global Management, Inc., managing Infrastructure Equity and Opportunistic Real Estate institutional private funds. He began his career at KPMG, LLP, serving as an Audit Senior Associate for financial services firms, where he gained deep expertise in operational risk and financial reporting integrity..

In his role with the Swimming Hole Club, Jared will serve as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair, bringing his extensive background in fund management, compliance, and strategic finance to strengthen the club’s financial stewardship.

Erica Croke has been rooted in the Concord and Davidson area since childhood, where her mother taught at Davidson Elementary for nearly 30 years. Growing up, she built lasting connections through babysitting and community activities, and later, she and her husband chose to raise their own family in Davidson—a place that has always felt like home.

Erica Croke - Bank of America | LinkedInErica earned her degree in Communication from East Carolina University. She built a career of more than 15 years in project management, risk management, and organizational leadership, most recently, as Senior Digital Manager at Bank of America Private Bank. 

Her interest in board service is driven by a commitment to ensuring our pool continues to be a safe, welcoming, and fun gathering place for Davidson families. She brings deep expertise in relationship management, compliance, and governance, along with a strong passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve. Erica will serve as Operations Chair where she will manage vendor relationships and their impact on daily functions.
