Our pool has passed initial electrical and plumbing inspections. We failed the mechanical inspection earlier this week and now wait several days for a single part. We requested a temporary certificate of occupancy for 30 days to allow us to open the pool while we wait. Unfortunately, the County inspector denied our request. Once we pass the mechanical inspection, we can proceed with fire, building, and health inspections.
Please know that we are just as frustrated as you are that we have to wait longer to enjoy the pool. We are doing everything we can to keep our contractors on point, and prepare behind the scenes for opening day. Once we pass the final inspection, we plan to email all members with the positive news and open the pool the next day.
