Hello Members,
Now that our issues with unsuitable soils due to our lack of storm water management have largely been addressed, our general contractor has a relatively dependable schedule in place that allows us all to plan on a tentatively scheduled Opening Day to begin our pool season on Monday, June 23, 2025.

Like with all construction, this date is dependent upon planned inspections, weather, and other normal final stage construction factors aligning with what is a detailed schedule of a series of multiple, interdependent events. That uncertainty accepted, your Board believes membership is best served with a planned date communicated as we head into May, with any changes that move that date sooner or later to come.
A separate notice about Swim Team is to come within a few days. Please stay tuned.
