Capital Improvement Project Update
Many have questions about the state of the capital improvement project and the pool’s opening date. As stated in the Annual Letter to Members sent in late February, we do not expect to open as usual on Memorial Day Weekend. This is disappointing to us all, but hang with us as we deal with issues impossible to have fully predicted due to the scope of a project which includes so many components left unaddressed for so many years. We expect to be open for the vast majority of the 2025 season, although we do not yet have exact dates. Your Board is on site almost every day and would be happy to meet any member there or discuss by phone.
We always welcome emailed questions, but please respect the enormous amount of time and effort being volunteered to do something membership felt needed to be done for our future. Responding to dozens of emails asking about potential refunds of annual dues – especially at this point in time – is not productive. You are encouraged to make the effort to read the information on our website’s FAQs and/or in our Annual Letter. You are invited to come meet with us on site. You are asked to remember that we all need to stay informed. Our belief is that we all need to be in on this project together, beyond our financial commitments.
On-Site Meeting
Now that most of the concrete is poured for our new deck areas, we offer membership the opportunity to meet with the Board on site and better understand how the Swimming Hole will look and function after construction. We hope you can join us.

Since it is an active construction site, this invite is only for adults.
